Returning from An Accidental Hiatus

Well, it wouldn't be a podcast without pauses, right?

You might have noticed things have been quiet on the Unruly Figures front. I had to stop away quite unexpectedly--I had a death in the family and then things just sort of piled up at work all at once. February and March were a stressful time. But I'm back!

Next week, I'll be here with the episode I meant to publish in late February, on the poet Countee Cullen. He's a fascinating guy with a very interesting story that a lot of people have tried to erase from history. I'm excited to talk about him! As I usually do, I will have a trailer up for him on Monday and the full episode on Tuesday.

I'm also going to be sharing another post for paying subscribers only, all about how I made my first $15 podcasting. Thank you to all the paying subscribers who stuck around while I was in limbo and struggling to produce!
