Hiatus, Week 5: London Calling

I’m on week five of my podcast hiatus and looking forward to returning in a few weeks. But first, a few updates:
I turned in the Unruly Figures book manuscript! 🎉🎉🎉
On September 14th, I’m co-hosting a Substack Writer’s Meet-Up in Los Angeles! My cohost, Alex Dobrenko of Both Are True, and I would love it if some Substack Angelenos could come out! RSVP here.

I’m in London at the moment for a friend’s wedding. I plan to search for the site of the X Garage, the groundbreaking all-female car service that Unruly Figure Joe Carstairs founded in 1920. If I can find it, I’ll post about it next week!
