Behind the Scenes Update

Hi friends,

I hope your July is getting off to a good start. I just wanted to let you in on a few behind-the-scenes updates. I don’t do these nearly as often as I like and I’m definitely trying to fix that.

First and foremost, I’m home from the hospital. I was discharged early on Tuesday. Thank you to everyone who reached out with well-wishes and concerns. I was hospitalized for five days but I’m on the mend now. Ever since I got home I’ve mostly been sleeping, watching The Musketeers, and eating the blandest foods on earth while my body resets. I’ve never eaten so many bananas.

I was planning to cover Lucy Flucker Knox this week but I am still not fully recovered from my ordeal and I just didn’t have it in me to kill myself trying to put that episode out in time. So I’ll resume my normal posting schedule on July 18 with an episode on the famous
